Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns Policy
You can return or exchange an unwanted item within 14 days of purchase.
Any returned goods must be unused/unworn. They must include all tags/ labels and be in the original packaging. The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense.
The total amount refunded will be credited to your payment method that was used at the time of purchase (minus shipping and handling, minimum €10) or as store credit once the package arrives at our facility and the item(s) are inspected.
Items that are ineligible for a refund:
• Returned after 30 days from the day of shipment
• Condition of product is unsatisfactory to be resold (stains, pet hair, unpleasant scent, worn, washed)
• Items sold in Mystery Packs/Boxes or Clearance Section
• Items purchased on-site at a festival or event
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be verified. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been approved and if a refund has been processed.
We do recommend that you get proof of posting and tracking as until the parcel is received by us, the goods are your responsibility.

Refunds
Please allow up to 21 days for refunds to show up on your account. You will be refunded by the same method of original payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the refund and mailed to your billing address.
Please note:
Gift Cards and Online Gift Vouchers are exempt from the returns policy.

Xmas or Seasonal Purchases/Returns
Please be aware that any offers/sales leading up to a seasonal period will have an advertised cut-off date for a seasonal delivery. However, delivery schedules are outside of our control and whilst we will do our utmost to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for items not received on time, nor can we offer refunds for goods not received on time.
Delivery Charges:
Any returned items, that were not received faulty, the wrong item or due to customer mistakenly ordering an incorrect size or item, and a refund is required, we will deduct the cost of the original shipping charge to you (whatever the rate is at that time), if a new item has to be sent out to you in exchange for the original item you received, you will be obliged to pay the shipping charge on this delivery, (whatever the rate is at that time, minimum €10).

LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS OUTSIDE LIMITS.
