All the information you might need on caring for your Irish Sheepskin Product
Our beautiful and natural Sheepskin and Cowhide rugs and accessories are easy to maintain. These rugs simply do not hold dust and dirt as other normal carpets and woven rugs do. All they require is a frequent shake or vacuum, just being sure to clean it in the direction of the wool.
In the case of a spill, simply apply light pressure with a clean towel to soak up liquid and lightly apply warm, soapy liquid to the affected area. Blot dry.
Brush your fleece in the direction the wool lies to keep it soft and lustrous. You can purchase a wool brush here on our website
Treated with care, your new cowhide rug will last for many years. You can also have your rug cleaned by a sheepskin rug specialist.
